I'm not getting my password or other emails from Cams!
Most email providers now routinely employ anti-spam software. Unfortunately, because of the number of emails Cams sends out, your email provider might be classifying some Cams messages as spam. To make sure that you receive email from other Cams members, as well as announcements and updates, please select your email provider from the list below and follow the instructions provided.

I'm not getting my password or other emails from Cams!
Most email providers now routinely employ anti-spam software. Unfortunately, because of the number of emails Cams sends out, your email provider might be classifying some Cams messages as spam. To make sure that you receive email from other Cams members, as well as announcements and updates, please select your email provider from the list below and follow the instructions provided.
A note on receiving Cams email: Occasionally, you might receive a large amount of email from Cams in one day. Even if you don't want to read all the emails at once, don't report any email from Cams as junk or spam. If you do that, it's likely that all your future Cams emails will be labeled as spam, and you won't receive them.
Choose your email provider:
- Hotmail
- Yahoo
- America Online (AOL)
- Microsoft Network (MSN)
- Microsoft Outlook
- Other ISPs and/or e-mail programs (e.g.Thunderbird)
- Choose "Options" at the upper right of your inbox screen.
- Choose the first mail option, "Junk E-Mail Protection".
- Choose the link, "Safe List".
- Type "cams.com" in the address box.
- Click the Add button.
- Click "OK" when the address you entered is in the Safe List box.
- From your Inbox, select "Add" from the "Addresses" pull-down menu.
- Fill out the "Email" field with the email address from which you'd like to receive mail.
- Choose "Save", then "Done."
- Repeat steps 2 & 3 for the following email addresses:
- If you click the "Spam"button by mistake, find the Cams email in your Spam Folder and click the"Not Spam" button at the top of the Spam Folder.

- In your AOL Mailbox, choose the Mail Tab menu, then select "Address Book."
- Choose "Add Icon," which is located at the bottom of the pop-up window.
- Fill out the "Other - Email" field with the email address from which you'd like to receive mail.
- Click the "Primary Email" box.
- Repeat steps 2 through 4 for these email addresses:
- models@streamray.com
- techsupport@streamray.com
- studios@streamray.com
- Choose the "Junk E-mail" link at the bottom left of your inbox.
- Select the third Guard Settings link: "Safe List".
- Enter the email address from which you'd like to receive mail in the "Email" field of the pop-up window.
- Click Save.
- Repeat steps 3 & 4 for the following email addresses:
- models@streamray.com
- techsupport@streamray.com
- studios@streamray.com
- On the Tools menu, click Options.
- On the Preferences tab, under E-mail, click Junk E-mail.
- Click the Safe Senders or Safe Recipients tab.
- Click Add.
- Type "cams.com" in the address box.
- Click the OK button.
Other ISPs and/or e-mail programs (e.g.Thunderbird)
- Add the following addresses to any address books or safe lists with your email service provider:
- models@streamray.com
- techsupport@streamray.com
- studios@streamray.com
- It's a good idea to routinely check your spam, junk and blocked email folders to see if any Cams.com messages were routed there by mistake.
