What kind of live shows are available?

There are four kinds of live shows available on Cams; Free, Nude and Private Chat, all with optional Cam2cam.

Free Chats are clothes-on, interactive chats between the models and the members.

Nude Chats are premium chats featuring a live show going out to every member who accesses it. This is a paid chat.

Private Chats are intimate, one-on-one shows between the model and the member. No other members can view or access a Private Chat. This is a paid chat.

Free/Private/Nude chat with Cam2cam the member can broadcast their own video image for the model to see, giving them both something to really interact with. The member must have a web cam connected to their computer to use this feature. There is an additional fee for users to utilize the Cam2cam feature.

What are the model galleries?

Every model on Cams has a collection of personal and erotic photos— many taken from live shows — which are accessible to her Fan Club members and Premiere members.

I'm not getting my password or other emails from Cams!

Most email providers now routinely employ anti-spam software. Unfortunately, because of the number of emails Cams sends out, your email provider might be classifying some Cams messages as spam. To make sure that you receive email from other Cams members, as well as announcements and updates, please select your email provider from the list below and follow the instructions provided.

A note on receiving Cams email: Occasionally, you might receive a large amount of email from Cams in one day. Even if you don't want to read all the emails at once, don't report any email from Cams as junk or spam. If you do that, it's likely that all your future Cams emails will be labeled as spam, and you won't receive them.

Choose your email provider:


  1. Choose "Options" at the upper right of your inbox screen.
  2. Choose the first mail option, "Junk E-Mail Protection".
  3. Choose the link, "Safe List".
  4. Type "" in the address box.
  5. Click the Add button.
  6. Click "OK" when the address you entered is in the Safe List box.

Yahoo! Mail

  1. From your Inbox, select "Add" from the "Addresses" pull-down menu.
  2. Fill out the "Email" field with the email address from which you'd like to receive mail.
  3. Choose "Save", then "Done."
  4. Repeat steps 2 & 3 for the following email addresses:
  5. If you click the "Spam"button by mistake, find the Cams email in your Spam Folder and click the"Not Spam" button at the top of the Spam Folder.

America Online (AOL)

  1. In your AOL Mailbox, choose the Mail Tab menu, then select "Address Book."
  2. Choose "Add Icon," which is located at the bottom of the pop-up window.
  3. Fill out the "Other - Email" field with the email address from which you'd like to receive mail.
  4. Click the "Primary Email" box.
  5. Repeat steps 2 through 4 for these email addresses:

Microsoft Network (MSN)

  1. Choose the "Junk E-mail" link at the bottom left of your inbox.
  2. Select the third Guard Settings link: "Safe List".
  3. Enter the email address from which you'd like to receive mail in the "Email" field of the pop-up window.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Repeat steps 3 & 4 for the following email addresses:

Microsoft Outlook

  1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
  2. On the Preferences tab, under E-mail, click Junk E-mail.
  3. Click the Safe Senders or Safe Recipients tab.
  4. Click Add.
  5. Type "" in the address box.
  6. Click the OK button.

Other ISPs and/or e-mail programs (e.g.Thunderbird)

  1. Add the following addresses to any address books or safe lists with your email service provider:
  2. It's a good idea to routinely check your spam, junk and blocked email folders to see if any messages were routed there by mistake.

If I forget my password or login, what should I do?

From the studio login page click on the “forgot login” link located under where you normally enter your user ID and password. Follow on screen instructions.

What if it says that my password is incorrect?

There could be several reasons why your password and username are not matching up. Try using your browser's "back" button to return to the login screen. Clear the fields and enter your information again. If this still doesn’t work, use the “forgot login” link located under where you normally enter your user ID and password. You may also request your password or login by emailing or contacting our models department at (888) 546-0188 (Toll free domestic) and (408)702-1112 (International)..

  • Your account may have been deleted during our review process. Please check your email inbox for a notice regarding this matter.
  • You've updated your account and have a new password. Please check your email inbox for your new password and try to login again.
  • Please clear your browser’s cache, and make sure you aren't using a Bookmark or Hotlist link.


You can become a studio :

Complete our online application process (simply follow the step by step instructions).

Once your documents are received and processed, a "Studio account" will be opened for you, and you will be emailed a confirmation. We are unable to approve partial submissions. To avoid delays, please make sure you all forms are completed and all images provided as requested. You may send all information in multiple emails (due to large file sizes), but ALL EMAILS MUST BE SENT AT THE SAME TIME.

Once your Studio account is established you will receive further information on how to add models to your staff. We must have documentation on file for anyone appearing on camera. Violations may lead to immediate termination of your account.

    I am not going to be on camera, why is my ID required?

    A government issued picture Id is required from the studio owner for all new Studios. Your identification is required for security purposes regarding payment of earnings. Please include this with all other listed items to send us.

    Why do I need a high-speed internet connection and how can I ensure I have the proper connection speed?

    To handle multiple users chatting, and ensure a high quality video with a fast frame rate, a high-speed connection is required. To ensure you have the minimum speed necessary you can contact your internet provider and request an upstream of 128k per simultaneous connection (512k for 5 connections). For a better quality video more bandwidth is recommended.

    How and when do I get paid?

    We pay by live Check, Direct Deposit (US only), Wire Transfer, PayPal, Payoneer, and IpayoutSystem. Tax forms will be required after sign up. Pay periods end on the 1st & 15th of the month & are sent out on the 5th & 20th of the month.

    What kind of hardware and software do my models need to broadcast on Cams?

    The hardware requirements are simple:

    1. We support any Operating System that can successfully run the Flash browser plugin including Windows, Mac OSX and Linux.
    2. USB or Firewire Webcam
      This is highly recommended! We suggest the Logitech line of Webcams.
    3. Video Camera
      Any newer digital camcorders (Sony, JVC, etc.) with USB 2.0 or Firewire connections are highly recommended. Digital camcorders will provide the best video quality.
    4. Broadband Internet Connection
      DSL, Cable modem, or better (You will need to show proof of your connection).

    What is the set-up process?

    Once your contract and other paperwork are on file, a "Studio" (a “virtual broadcasting center”) will be created and assigned to you. A Studio can run multiple streams.

    You will be informed by a confirmation email with your studio name and password when your studio is built and assigned to you, and then you are ready to go! You will be able to add models to your “Studio” account yourself at anytime through our automated stream builder after the studio sign up process is complete.
