What is Auto Renew and how do I turn it on/off?
The Auto Renew feature will automatically renew your Premiere membership when it’s about to expire. Since you can have multiple credit cards in your account, your account will be renewed using the credit card you most recently used to buy credit or services with.

What is Auto Renew and how do I turn it on/off?
The Auto Renew feature will automatically renew your Premiere membership when it’s about to expire. Since you can have multiple credit cards in your account, your account will be renewed using the credit card you most recently used to buy credit or services with.
When you enter your credit card information, Auto Renew is set to On. If you don’t want to automatically renew your Premiere membership here is how you can turn off Auto Renew:
- Enter your username and password to login.
- From your member homepage, click on the "My Account" link from the top menu.
- Click the Billing Preferences link in the Membership Status section.
- At the top of the page you will see your current status.
- To turn off your auto renew, click "OFF" under product status.
